Dorm Reservations & Payments

For all individuals not securing a hotel room, dorm reservations and payments are necessary. The exclusive method for securing a dorm room for Sunday night is through the link below. We apologize for any confusion regarding the pricing for this night, which is higher than previously communicated in emails.

If you plan to stay in the dorms, please complete both the reservation and payment for the total number of nights you'll be staying.

 

Booking Instructions

• For Sunday, June 7, and Wednesday, June 10, click the "UNC Ticket Office" button below.

• We apologize for the inconvenience of two separate payments and appreciate your understanding as we work with the new Coaching Staff.

Important Deadlines

• Book Your Room by May 23, 2025, for Saturday, Sunday, and Saturday.

• Sunday-only dorm payments must also be completed by May 23rd.

• On-Campus Lodging Deadline: Thursday, May 23rd.                                                                                                                                                

 

Lodging Options

You are responsible for securing your own lodging. Off-campus lodging options are available on the FRFOC website.

 

On-Campus Lodging

Stay in a residence hall and choose between:

• Single Room (private): $238.83 for 3 nights

• Double Room (shared): $186.86 for 3 nights

  • If you select "1" for a double room, you are choosing one bed in a shared room. A roommate will be assigned if you do not specify one.

Lodging Details:

• Most rooms are part of a suite with a shared ensuite bathroom.

• Suites are gender-specific.

• Linens provided: wool blanket, pillow, pillowcase, top and bottom sheets, towel, hand towel, and washcloth.

• Beds are twin-sized.

 

Event Schedule

• Check-in: Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM

• Check-out: Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM

 

Payment & Registration Process

1. Start your registration by setting up your customer account if you haven't purchased tickets for any UNCO event before.

   • Select "MY ACCOUNT" in the blue field above.

   • Click "Create a New Account" and complete the required fields.

2. Secure your dorm room by making the required payment through the  BUY  link below:​
